In fact, @Terry Portier, I think I recall a thread where you were saying how it pissed you off when people wasted your time bidding projects that you didn't get -- based on that, I would think you'd be thrilled with any client that gave you 1/3 to 1/2 of the projects you bid for them.

I am not thrill about paying the 5.75 interest only for the LOC, but the equation/number still works, and I am able to continue to grow my portfolio.
