Kitchens workout to be something like min of 4 circuits: stove/oven if electric, two on the counter (we have microwaves and toasters), the lights have their own circuit, the range fan maybe---- okay... thats more than 4 and I don't know, that's what my licensed electrician is for.Oh, is there a fuse box or circuit breaker panel? 

When you stay in a hotel you're probably occupying less than 200 square feet of space with a single bathroom, the hotel has a full-time cleaning and service staff and there are virtually no food facilities to speak of - no dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven or microwave.

I need to replace the stove now.

To meet code you will probably be running new wiring to the stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, lights and outlets in the kitchen and to the clothes washer and dryer and water heater.

I had renters like that once, and along with being dirty, they got gum stuck in the dryer, nail polish in the carpet, damaged window treatments, burned plastic on the stove, etc.

They ate the food in our drawers, ate the wires to our stove (that needed to be replaced), you name it.

Stand alone appliances such as refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, etc. are depreciated on a five year schedule.Since fixtures are components of the property (they are called fixtures for a reason), there is nothing to gain from a cost segregation study.  

I need a new stove for our duplex.

Mostly central heat and air, but some have no A/c and wood burning stoves.
