If the property is damaged in any way or if appliances are stolen by any of these people, the fact that the manager knowingly handed off the keys to someone who can't be legally held accountable for would be viewed as intentional negligence by me, and my entire asset is endangered.

B ball hoop destroyed first week BBQ s stolen.. and the cycle repeats.Sold it for 500k to the next victim and lost half of what I had made them when I recommend they go to Henry county GA and buy foreclosure with me.. 

I would certainly not due it.Things don't always go smooth and they may all come up stolen.

I had my wallet stolen on March 4th, the 8th, 10th, twice on the 15th, 17th, 20th, three times just yesterday, and very likely again this upcoming weekend.

I am by no means an expert, and don't really have much experience with crimes based on the location of my property, but I know one of my tenants had his golf clubs stolen out of his car.

IE it got stolen.. or your tenant moved and your house was vacant a week and it got hit and nothing is left..

You name it and I have seen it stolen from a house.Pipes, doors, light bulbs, toilet seat, h20 tank, water meter.....etc.

We got a replacement and filed it stolen with our state.
