It is Bengal Roach Spray.

Placed in a spray bottle, shake and dissovle then spray the mattress and carpeting.

If this is going to be a long term investment for you, I would consider doing a termite bond on the home, where the termite company comes 4x/year to spray/inspect for termites.

Male cats can spray up to about 2 1/2 or 3 feet up.  

It's sprayed on the walls and floors, but the biggest concern to me is the ductwork. 

You HAVE to wipe the walls down before you spray your primer.
