Little things with regional variance like what words/language are used when the listing agent calls the LO before accepting the offer can be make or break.

I work as an LO, my brother is a realtor, and my family owns a property management company...it helps to know people.

However, when the seller is current and they have equity I propose a L/O.

All I'm suggesting is that you 'buy' your house hack with a Lease Option (LO) instead of a bank mortgage.

I have also traded millions of dollars in mobile home notes and have done a bunch of business with dealers in Texas doing installment sales contracts vs. rent to own or L/O.
