Is it okay to announce or promote in your personal Facebook page that you are wholesaling or buying ‘distressed’ houses?

Not trying to self promote, just looking for advice is all...Thanks in advance!

If I'm the GP putting together a syndication, is it possible for me to invest alongside investors on the LP side with a Solo 401K, but also create a separate entity on the GP side to receive the promote?

Continue to give your best service, promote and showcase your business in front of as many people as you can, and really execute on the things that set you apart from your competitors.

@Michael Noto This strategy seems pretty much what BP is promoting, especially for BRRRR.

I left my corporate job years after I had reached the financial exit point; the trigger was a "promotion" that would have required to spend have my life in India and China. 

Try to market and advertise it on more listing websites before you have a promotion.
