The dark stain masks the stains etc...never saw poly over paint before.

This masks out those which might have been good deals.

First pressure wash with a detergent to get rid of all dirt, peeling/flaking, and chalkiness, then use a high quality paint.

Improper priming can lead to early chalking and peeling.  

They are more expensive than vinyl peel and stick tile, but well worth the extra cost.We save money on volume because we use the same contractors for all our jobs, so we get good pricing from them and in return we keep our contractors busy all year around.You need to understand your market really well and decide what niche you feel comfortable with.Best wishes for your future success.Regards,Sharad

Spraying makes sense in areas where you have a lot of area and not a lot to mask-off.

However, the city conducted a full house inspection and i was told i need  to replace the roof and paint the peeling paint outside!!!!

I did a peel and stick backsplash along with a peel and stick vinyl accent wall in a recent purchase and it drove the demand for the property.

I came bolting back around the corner coming at him and his truck screaming at the top of my lungs "**** you you mother ****er you son of a ***** get the **** off my property right now" ....and so on and so on...he could not slam it in reverse fast enough and peel away while I chased him out of my driveway and down the street a bit.Meanwhile, the nicest, calmest guy ever is in my house doing work (an electrician).

Wear masks, gloves, booties...don't give her any opportunity to claim you contaminated her home.May the force be with you...
