Both will run you about $160 for a year's worth of education in several meetings held throughout the month, but be advised that they are also heavy into information marketing (different speakers will attempt to sell you their programs) so keep your checkbook/credit card at home for the first several months while you gain your education.Best of luck to you.

These would be held by an escrow company or neutral attorney, with instructions to record the mortgage/DOT assignment and provide the associated documents to your lender, if you default.If things go well, you would pay your lender, your rehabber would pay you, and everything would get paid off when the flip is sold.

My previous investment were all held in LLC's but the C corp solution will offer me several financial options as I move forward with my strategy.
