We're thrilled our back up contract was accepted just caught off guard with the financing timing not in place. 

Try to find a managing broker that you like and that has investment experience, and guard your commissions- one of the biggest benefits of being an investor-realitor is rolling your commissions into deals as @Chace Fraser mentioned, and that becomes less effective if you hand over a big portion of that check to your brokerage.I’m here in Seattle as well, send me a DM and hit me up for coffee sometime!

I wouldn't block them from the site, but I am just not sure BP has safe guards in place to protect minors on this forum.

I'm also a member of the Air National Guard and that's my part time job.

Everything worked out in the end and we closed but I was prepared to guard my contracted interest.

Heck if you catch me off guard I am a true butt head...As for the assignability issue of your contract.Most all Realtor Agreements have a few blank line fill ins...

It's amazing how many broke realtors that are out there that guard their access so tightly.
