After all, it's one time investment and you'll use some fake fruits, kitchen things in every listing.Needs to have some blinds - people who move in at this rent price, won't have money for window treatments.Refrigerator is always better new - it's less calls for not working, they don't make them last forever anymore - it's part of busines expenses.
