I just went to their office to ask if I could advertise on a bulletin board or something and they got the housing director while I waited and she offered to advertise on their facebook page - a win-win, as it was beneficial for them to be able to find housing for new students.Allow student tenants (preferably grad students, like my law students) to sublet over the summer.

And the school director promised he would hold on to what would be the bulk of her compensation and "take care of her" if she needed anything.This went on for twenty years.I met this woman when she was in her fifties and had throat cancer due to her lifelong drinking.

I loved law students, and I went to the law school to ask about putting ads up on a bulletin board somewhere, and the housing director there said she'd be happy to list my vacancies on their facebook page!

I went and spoke to the law student housing director and they actually offered to advertise my vacancies on their facebook page, because they didn't have enough housing for all students and it was beneficial for them to be able to help find housing for the students.I found the off-campus housing page for Tulane on their website, but I think you'd be better off to call the law school directly and ask them how to advertise furnished rooms for rent to law students.I'd offer them month-to-month contracts.
