Deleted, problems with browser

@Bill Mitchell I apologize I tried to delete my post, but could not.

i quickly delete these responses and forever ban the wholesaler from contacting me 

If someone responds and doesn't answer them, that tells me enough about that person at this point that I delete their email without a response.Those that do answer the pre-screening questions all get a personal response, even those that don't qualify.  

@Duncan Taylor,If you used illegal tactics like most consumers do you might get it deleted but the credit bureaus are not stupid if you dispute a judgment all they need to do is check with the court and now the bureaus will flag your file and watch ever dispute that you send in.

My tablet likes to flip between backspace and delete at times just to "help" me type.The simple answer is cost of money is so low right now it's silly to keep equity tied up in property.

The profits for year 1 is around 3000, but declined to 400 this year as competition increases and eBay stricter and continuous changing rules on HTML and JavaScript rules for small store seller (eBay will delete your list if you don't correct what they ask).

Also the lighting is a little dark, except in the bathroom pictures... and I would delete random shots of closets, bathroom storage, etc.
