I was wondering if the colors correspond to the type of neighborhood, ie yellow/black/red correspond to C-D neighborhood while blue/green/purple correspond to better ones?

Pay close attention to your closing statement to make sure the security deposit amounts correspond to what is stated in the leases plus any accrued interest.

Other banks have stopped 203k correspondent channels but most other banks/lenders are full steam ahead on the 203k. 

Verifying last 2 years of rental history and income extremely important to find the “best of the worst”.Make sure you understand the Class of properties you are looking at and the corresponding results to expect.
