I can appreciate the diagram above because it just re-enforces what those great cloud of witnesses before us believed and shared.

But a quiet title suit is likely the only way to get rid of the cloud completely.

There is psychology involved here and simply buying in markets that you may be familiar with can cloud judgement with confirmation bias.
