The inspector was very impressed and jealous because he owns a rental that is a duplex 2 blocks away that he paid 15k more for... lol.  

I know of a few neighbors renting @ the price within a block, some even the same floor plan of tract home. 

I love the research that is involved in finding houses, the excitement of looking, and knowledge gained thru every experience.I want to have the building blocks so I can set my children up for success.
