@Michael Bettencourt, Generally you can get some economies of scale and hopefully a seamless more efficient process when bundling occurs.  

You can do a pet deposit or pet fee (fees are not refundable/deposits are refundable) or you could do a blend of the two; i.e. $200 pet fee/$100 pet deposit.
