For those that have more ambition than that and that are more risk tolerant, maybe Del is a good idea. 

Getting off the ground has been a little trickier than I thought it would be, but I'm undeterred in my ambition to replace my career income with rental income. 

My ambition is to teach my kids to work hard and strive to be the best at whatever they are doing.

While our small business is doing very well, my ambition to succeed does not stop there & I would love to have a successful investment company as well so my husband can retire early.

Try to find someone who is willing to match my ambition as an equity or investment partner to fund the properties we can add to our portfolio!

I am bit challenged with my 1961 property with all work I have to do on pretty much everything like new septic, electric, plumbing, crawlspace waterproofing, french drains outside, hvac related issues  but it is in good location.

I too share your same ambition...all be it without the direct access to someone who does handy work.
