Hello, does anyone have recommendations for a cost segregation engineer/ company that does it here in Riverside or San Diego County in California?

@Vierra WongThere are multifamily plays in riverside county with 25 percent down. you can get in a quad with breakeven cash flow right now and within 12 to 18 months convert the tenants to market rent.. a 4 unit can gross 72k annually on market rent and with the low interest rates cash flow nicely . its not an easy play but not too difficult either.Mom and pop landlords are exiting and creating an opportunity for next generation of landlords to enter.

To this day I do not know anything about what transpired, however, I just looked it up and see that plot of land in Riverside is still vacant and still for sale, whereas the one I chose to invest in near Bozeman, MT is on track for payoff this summer.

JT/Yucca Valley are popular areas and some unincorporated areas of San Bernardino/Riverside county.
