It needs a kitchen, a couple of windows added and permanently closing the garage door.What software programs do you recommend to put together designs for these ADU's that I could take to the county planning commission.

The last software that was PC only was TimeValue (a GREAT amort program), but with 10bii Financial Calculator on Mac, don't need TimeValue.

Before I invest the little money I have as I'm a student into software like PropStream.

Thank you for your reply you just confirmed what I have already suspected all these new softwares out here offering you the world and delivering nothing I was looking at prop stream also they wanted $97 a month but people are having the same issue .

To avail yourself of these systems you need the proper legal apparatus and software system(s). 

@Sakib JamalThere could be a couple reasons your tax software was not allowing you to net real estate losses against your other income.Was your income above $150,000?

(have a search in the forums)  I use Zego (previously Paylease) since it works well with my management software (RentManager).

It is designed for landlords, and allows landlords to post about the tenants rental history as well. 2 birds one stone with this software.
