I'm Chris Hooker from West Columbia, SC and I'm looking at getting into real estate investing.  

Will the rent estimator and rental property tool work accurately with properties in British Columbia, Canada ?

s are currently & slowly rebasing in of near the major damns generating electricity, of the Columbia River of Oregon & Wash. state; this began before President Obama was in office as Pres., with Obama is a good marker for when this migration turned more significant.

I'm in a similar situation with one rental I have bear USC medical in Columbia, SC.

Timber was federal could not buy it could not log it... just scammers... but better I wasted 10k then sunk in a huge investment.Same with a big timber play I was working on in Columbia..
