Would anyone recommend any reliable providers? 

My grandmother is finally deciding to unload her single family residence and condominium in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio.She says she doesn’t want to sell them to anyone else but me so I need a reliable contractor who can bring these properties back to life.Both properties are complete gut jobs.If you are a contractor or have any recommendations please connect with me.

If it was all new materials of better reliability than what leaked there probably won't be much of an insurance impact for you. 

I think it will sell quick because there is demand for that bedroom count and with the high prices of LA, can use the reliable income in the back unit towards their DTI.Last November I helped house hackers get into a duplex where one unit was below market rents.  

Totally agree about the access to CTA lines--one of the greatest benefits of living in the city--having a world class, reliable public transportation system at our disposal. 

Zillow is not a reliable source for their estimate nor the sale prices they list for recently sold properties.

Can anyone give me some other reliable turnkey companies around the country?
