It depends on what numbers you consider to be a "Bad investment" I personally wouldn't buy a 1/1 condo due to the HOA and the fact that tenants usually arent as sticky with 1/1's if they have a family they need to increase their bedroom counts.

@Jon Quigley you don't need a coupon to make a payment.. just send your check in with the account number written in the memo section and or a little sticky note.
