If you are trying to create a "Profit and Loss Statement" the following may be useful...I didn't find one on BP as anything officially "BP," and I recently had to create a FS as did my partner (wife).My lender said I was overthinking the format, and after looking at a few examples online I just put together a simple, slimmed-down spreadsheet which included the major expenditure headings (costs of goods, advertising, office costs, etc.) and income that are (or will be for 2021) included in my 1030 C business tax form (and then a "net" total).As long as you are honest with the numbers (and use the best year-to-date figures you can) it should be fine.

The likelihood that you make any kind of profit worthwhile with a simple house with 9 other investors is pretty slim, and hashing out decisions with a raft of other owners is going to become un-fun in a hurry.

Lets face it , chances of home prices dropping in the U.S are slim to none, anyone here planning to invest in real estate in other countries where homes are way cheaper than the U.S, in some countries you can by a mini mansion in good neighborhood for what you can buy a studio or apartment here, I speak fluent spanish so im looking at places like SA, Bolivia is on my top list.

Hmm thanks.The industry is changing and brokers run offices haphazardly and have slim margins and outdated strategies. [ I spent long time with C21, then my own brokerage]Most brokerages I have a hard time aligning my concepts and strategies with so I stay independent.
