Back in my younger days, I could put away a 4X4 animal style + a double double animal style, fries, and a chocolate shake to wash it down.Now the best I can do is a triple triple.God bless AmericaI second that motion.Looks like I will have to hit the drivethru tomorrow as well.

It involves a BETTER METHOD to remove latex paint from brushes, rollers, and other paint tools when you're done for the day.1) buy some liquid fabric softener2) pour about 1/2 a cup into a 2-3 gallon pail of water3) place your "paint loaded" brush into the water solution4) actively move your brush to agitate the water for 10-20 seconds5) remove your brush and briskly shake it to remove the water6) note that there is NO paint left in or on your brushNOTE: This is because the fabric softener dramatically increases the surfactantcy of the water.

Humorous, but it in one respect I see the correlation with the guru circuit, selling dreams.You pay somebody $20K-30K for this course, where you are going to learn this really in-depth earth-shaking super insightful stuff, something that is really going to give you an edge... and you get this:  "guys, you need to go out there and work really, really hard.

Shake the millennial attitude regarding needing value in employment, it is greatly over rated and every job regardless of what it is you will lose interest.You will not likely find anything to compare with your present income and jobs related to real estate are irrelevant to being a investor.If you were a lowly blue collar worker it would be different, I would be advising a construction trade, but in your position your present job is your investment future.
