He told us he was in Las Vegas and that he couldn't do anything, only maybe call someone, so we said ok, do anything but please get it fixed, and this is the fourth day and my house is at 85 degrees inside, I just want to know if there is anything we can do, this house is always having a bunch of problems such as garage door that doesn't work, refrigerator leaking, fans in the sealing that just stopped working and some of them working but they literally look like they are gonna fall in any second.

I had to replace 4 refrigerators, 2 stoves, repaint 3 units, redo flooring in 1 unit, and on top of that had to start a eviction the first week I bought the property.

He could tell by popping off the doors they the insulation was falling off (sparks flied at one point) and the evaporator condenser was heavily corrosive which can leak harmful R22 refrigerant into the home plus found bio growth inside leading to potential health concerns.

We have had people burn a large portion of a living room rug, smash televisions, allow a pet to chew up a dresser in our pet free home, and puncture holes on the inside of the refrigerator.
