The audacity pf those people, they are doing it in-front of the cameras and in front of me and they don't really care.They have even been investigated by Child Protective Services that went through their unit and found nothing.

Metro areas like San Francisco, DC, Manhattan, Boston.....you have huge demand because A) Population is growing and B) incomes are growing. 

These types pf properties have proved to be very profitable 'arms length' 401(k)-solo investments for us.

For example, in the state of New York, Manhattan zip code, home prices median is above a million dollars.

I lived there for many years(now I am in Manhattan).You may want to consider working with an accountant who is in the tri-state area as these CPA's often do tax returns for people living in CT.Good luck in your search.
