@Benjamin Amaral no, it's an act of God, but if you don't rectify the issue by removing that tree then that would be a diffrent story, do right by eliminating the thing causing the damage so your tenants can rest assure it will not continue to cause them damage or harm.

The potential harm to your corporate veil is more concerning since that was the point of the LLC.
