This is obviously oversimplified, but it needs to be to display the concept. 

In line with Wayne's comment the account you have will display listings which fit the search criteria your agent setup for you.  

Do you treat your "commercial and retail tenants" with the same arrogance you are displaying here toward your "poor" sfr tenants who you think are likely to lose their job any day now?
