If you expect BP to be much like some guru sites where every deal and conversation will give nothing but positive reinforcement, you'll be disappointed.

It is pretty disappointing to pay for this information without any sort of a disclaimer from them.

@Lisa Phillips I will certainly be on the look out for what you described and @Sharon Tzib your analogy makes complete sense so I will proceed with caution and will not be surprised or disappointed it that is the case.

I was also disappointed that nobody ever returned my calls from our local area so I guess it's not meant to be.

I am more of a negative person, feeling like if I assume the worst I won't be disappointed when it happens and pleasantly surprised when it doesn't, however I didn't see anything in my post that was inherently negative. 

A little disappointing, but when dealing with Section8 (CHA), you are at their mercy.  

Bluntly, it is the uncertainties that create the most disappointment when deciding whether to Fix & Flip or Buy & Hold a property. 

Just really disappointed in myself to allow this to happen...so many things I should have done to cover myself now looking back...ugh. 

I would contact the "prolific investor" I am sure they have far better insider insight into the machinations of AIM rather than the internet reviews of denied/disappointed applicants.
