My client comes once a year to look at it for 1 hour. then we go have dinner and fine wine.they are now buying the one right next door for 3.5 mil cash same cash flow..

I was in a room of advisors about 4 years ago all independent guys.. all about mid 30s and we were having a big dinner and drinks and they were mainly selling annuities to older folks.. and man did they let loose..

Anyone can order ala Carte or they can order the full meal.. that's all were talking about here. and self serve buffet Is not as expensive as full sit down dinner.. its about cash flow ... time management... and security of the asset.

The day after my birthday party my mom, grandma and I went out for Chinese dinner.

I have a couple of nice cars that I paid cash for (I’m a car guy), I have my real estate, I have my average expenses just like any other Joe Schmo and I enjoy the occasional nice dinner out with my fiancé.

I like focusing on things you can control like the deal itself, the operator & the type of real estate you can invest in.Jeremy Roll also is a great passive investor & has a great investor list & annual dinner.

These aspects build wealth, cash flow buys your dinner. :)    

It doesn't cost more than the cost of a steak dinner and you will get lots of value from it.
