No loud music, parties or anything of that kind.The house was built in 1908 and not soundproof.She said she's talked to them directly and hopes that will solve the problem, but she starts school next week and is worried about her sleep.I haven't approached the downstairs tenants yet.There is a noise clause in our House Rules, which mentions "quiet hours between 10pm and 6am", which everyone has signed.I don't want to take sides or get in the middle of this issue, but I also don't want to risk losing good tenants (on either side of the argument).Any advice would be welcome and appreciated - thanks so much!

If they did, they wouldn't be here asking questions : ) As a result, this means that CPAs, Lawyers, and Financial professionals should explain things in simple terms that are easy for people to understand (I'm not sure quoting pubs and regs directly screams simplicity, but including it as a reference is helpful for everyone).

I think this city is target to that since population will keep coming due to house affordability (getting away from miami) If you're looking for quick flip , you may have to look for a different exit strategy as different houses here has similar condition , you have some competitors .... you can go either with price reduction strategy, partnerships or use creative finance strategyGood luck

The manager by action or inaction could be sued directly or in addition to the property owner for a tenant or guest being injured.There is an additional liability extension called personal injury or landlord personal injury that picks up the liability for a situation such as being sued for wrongful eviction or violating fair housing in some way.
