I realize that every time I sell a course I am creating a new competitor.

For instance lets say the LO you are seeing on Friday says he can collateralize the property you want based on your credentials and give you a rate of X, you can use that basic information (your fico score, Loan to value, type of property, terms of the note) to compare with their competition and may be able to better your original deal with a qualified quote from their competitor.

I think the key is many are looking to everyone else's definition of success.What I am realizing over the years is the biggest competitor is myself.

Sometimes he who starts earliest out-competes the competitor by virtue of getting started earlier and therefore gaining more knowledge and experience - some things are like that.Life is short but it is also long my young friend.

What makes you stand out from the competitors?  

tread lightly w/ the boss discussion.... more so if you're going to show the card that you're looking at leaving to a competitor.

I mean mercilessly crush kill annihilate disintegrate your competitors! 

If someone were to try to tell me I was paying a higher rent than my neighbors because there was a new roof but the apartment is just the same as the competitors...you can bet I'd run!

Specifically, it was insane to think that one of Amazon's competitors would allow them to serve as their IT department.
