Collaborating with someone on a project is great, and can bring extensive experience along with a ton of learning lessons.

If anyone works in this area there might be opportunity for collaboration or at least war-story exchange.

It can be a hangout at a physical location, or setup as online collaboration.

I had a question about the 2012 survey BiggerPockets ran in collaboration with Memphis invest.Specifically, in the following question, the percentage age up to more than 100% (129% to be exact) - does anyone know why that's the case?
