Thought we had seen it all.I have a single adult tenant in an apartment complex who has been complaining for the last 4 months that the AC can't keep up (it is a simple single row 4 apartments with each unit having their own privacy fences so no one can see the AC from the road).

For my 3 bedroom, 1 bath properties, I've been saying that I will allow a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. 

State of Oklahoma should probably have a list on their department of aging website or some arm of the government that is similar -- KS has KDADS - KS Dept of Aging and Disability Services -- they have lists of all licensed adult care homes in the state -- OK likely has something like that - find the list and make a call.

Very few adults use a tub, unless they have children.

If you wish to stay, have all adults sign the agreement and return to me.
