However, to get a bank loan you would need to have a debt service coverage ratio of about 1.2 (i.e. your income after expenses is 1.2 times the cost of mortgage payments).

Also, if you're looking to scale  - a DSCR loan might be a great product for you - LLC and large investment portfolio friendly!

I've been looking at buying RV Parks, Boat Marines and or Mobilome parks, I've read that SBA and HUD do have loan programs in these areas.My question is who do I contact to help get the ball rolling and pre-qualification.

Good evening,I purchased a townhome in Houston, Texas in August 2020, locked in at a 3% rate with a low 5% down payment on a conventional loan for $284k. 

Unfortunately the ARV we relied on was significantly off and we have been stuck paying a high interest payment on this loan for months.
