...painter?

I know the Indianapolis area well since I used to live there so if I did a BRRRR it would mostly like there - I have a property manager, roofing company, painters, etc. 

Do not have a painter doing carpenters work.

and by the way do you have a trusted list of vendors for EVERYTHING (hvac techs, plumbers, electricians, painters, cleaners, etc. etc. etc.) which are vetted, tried and true and place you on priority because of the volume of your portfolio?

Then the painter just painted over them.  

I am looking to bring my knowledge to the group as well as learning so if anyone has any questions for a painter with 19 years experience who's 9-5 is the now a customer service tech for one of the largest paint companies in the Seattle area meanings I handle problem jobs and build customer relationships for the company ask away please I enjoy a challenge and would love to be helpful Thank you
