I’m looking for a handyman for just an occasional small job here and there and on occasion, larger jobs.

Deposits are held with the trustee while the property goes through the remaining foreclosure process (we will touch on that later), and can be anywhere from $1,000 to 100,000, and on occasion, a percentage of the final bid price.

I am running the rental calculator on multiple properties I am looking at but have heard on a few occasions that the local authority sets the rental rates.  

For obvious reasons it would be nice to be living near her family so that on occasion they could help out with watching the baby and it’s just nice having family around.But, I am also very interested in the growing Tampa, FL market (2.5hrs west of Palm Bay.)
