I am looking in the Columbia county area Bloomsburg.

I assume places in Canada, like Ontario, British Columbia, Winnipeg, etc, aren't excluded from this?

It depends, if you go to British Columbia, you got homes worth at least over $800,000, yet in the US, you can find property at $30,000. 

Foreclosure in Canada is almost evenly divided between provinces which operate under Judicial Sale (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Québec and Saskatchewan) and Power of Sale (New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Ontario and Prince Edward Island).Under Power of Sale, the lender is permitted to sell the property without involvement of the court and often without actually taking ownership of the property.   

Legitimately the best neighborhood in South Seattle (sit down Columbia City). 

Gresham is closer in proximity to Downtown Portland than Beaverton, it is close to the Columbia River Gorge, and reasonably close to Mt Hood.

NYU, Columbia, MIT) and many others offer Real Estate major, minors and/or concentrations at the bachelor's level and/or within MBA programs. 

That's why I decided to go with one that is located on Base, Embry Riddle/ Chapman/ Brandman or Columbia.
