One of them advertised that you can borrow up to 120% of the home's value.Otherwise, Charlie's suggestion is probably the best option, although more costly: Private money, then refi with a VA loan.Please keep us posted on progress.If you want to PM the address to me, I'll check it out on Redfin and see if I can spot any snakes in the neighborhood etc.Fly Navy!
