Im from the Hampton Roads area, I currently stay in Norfolk and I am in the U.S Navy trying to start my career in real estate investing!

moved out here 11 years ago when I joined the Navy.  

The majority was completed while I was on leave from the merchant navy over summer.

I am 20 years old right now in the Navy and I'm certain that buy and hold real estate is in my future. so here is my predicament. since day one in the Navy I have been putting $300 per month into the military version of a 401k, called TSP.

My husband is active duty navy, so "close" is relative.

Left the Navy and any W2'd income so I've been on hiatus from moving property. 

I was also told that the Brazilian govt places restrictions on their citizenry about purchasing property here.

We than rented it out when my husband was transferred (active duty navy).

Degrees in both Finance and Accounting as well.Owned a multi-family trash hauling service business and sold it a few months agoWork in the engineering field for government contracting for fueling systems for the Navy as a Project ManagerAcquired my 3, 4, and 5 properties this year and am on track to double it next year.I guess, like everyone else on here, my situation is all over the place :)

To give a background he is 22 and about to be earning stable income in the Navy by the end of this year and I am 20 years old playing baseball in college not currently earning income.
