Create a process document that your VAs can easily adapt to and follow.

I don’t expect that to continue forever, I think the smart business owner will have to adapt to the economy.

There are people making money in every market, just be adaptable.

All the usual criteria (flexible, adaptive, attention to detail, timely and accurate (bids and work), accountable, quality work, honest, etc).  

I hope to use this strategy most of the way, as I will be adaptable to another strategy if needed.
