These policy's the way that they are sold ARE not suppose to be looked at as "Life insurance" .....the life insurance feature is the LOOPHOLE in the TAX CODE which the IRS is fully aware of  (and you have to pay for it) which is why in the early years (accumulation phase) ppl really wonder what the hell did I just buy???  

It can take a very small "mess-up" for a legal loophole to be found and everything was a waste of time.  

You are just like the sovereign citizen movement who believes they are smarter than all and have "discovered" a secret loophole to not pay taxes.

Kinda takes fun out of finding those misc deductions and loopholes.4.

Some people have looser ethical values and some are more willing to risk getting charged with something.It is funny how the same people who actively work to find "loopholes" in which the law does not SPECIFICALLY prohibit something....are the same people who argue against more gov't and more regulation.

The "loophole" they claim is that the double closing.
