Many have simple internet memberships if you don't live there and this could make a difference in paying double taxes next year over this year.Note that here in KC, that the assessment hikes could translate into huge tax increases, it remains to be seen what the individual cities will do with the assessments.

Title says most of it- I have lots of interest but since the property faces a "main arterial route", which translates to road noise.

Current rents are at least $300 below market on both sides, so if I only bump rents $100 each side brings in another $2,400 of income, which translates to nearly 75% COC as soon as I take over. 

You have to deal with annual inspections from the government that will translate in repair costs (aka $ spent).
