Still, demand is high and supply remains low (except luxury rentals, which is in bubble territory right now).BTW, all units in this project sold last year for 2k less than asking across all 3 units and we were very fortunate to have all 3 go under contract right before the snow blitz began.After the sale, we did have to go back and remediate mold in the basement.  

With 5, he is in commercial territory.

He does specialize in multifamily but his territory is much larger.

Call Adam Nelson, (eight one seven) two five three- nine six zero seven. he's an expert in acquisitions and selling investment properties.He is a colleague of mine but his territory is Arlington (We are licensed wholesale real estate agents with New Western Acquisitions). 

This is Fair Housing territory which DC is very strict on.

"Those people" don't like "us people" crossing the bridges into "their" territory!

I just felt like the fees compared to the mortgage size were out of whack but I guess that comes with the territory.

Commercial is pretty big territory, multi-family, retail, office, warehouse, industrial, motel/hotel, mixed use to name a few, each would take different approaches. :)

Keep looking but I would recommend expanding your search territory, learn about other neighborhoods and you will eventually find that property.
