I'm not one to take pleasure in someone else's misfortune.

We so happened to have had the pleasure of owning 19 assets in the market there when it tanked that we had to walk away from, we had a brick built 1,300 sq ft home, it value at $250 (yes, two hundred fifty dollars, a good bar tab in the city).Additionally look at all of the people and companies that rode the value decline down.

I believe that most of us inherently find pleasure in helping others.
