If you're open to other markets I'd also take a look at Detroit.It's been getting more attention lately and not the over saturated eyeballs I'm seeing in Ohio (no offense to the myriad OH agents here).I like to stay ahead of the crowd and I own 12-doors in Detroit proper that have done extremely well on both a cash flow and appreciation standpoint.
