In our neck of the City, recently they have been fining: not shoveling your sidewalks within X-number of hours to snow stops, also co-mingling ur trash with re-cycles (they include photos), dumping anywhere on your property they assume it's you, and now they ticket for putting ur trash out too early.

Assume we have approximately $15,000 to put down.I don't know values in your neck of the country, but perhaps you can consider buying a small multifamily property close to your college campus and then live in one of the units while finishing college instead of paying rent.
