I am not the bravest person still until this day but I am not a nervous wreck anymore while talking to people because I practiced and watched confident people communicate and mirrored them.

The missing income should be 150k, but lets say it's 100k after vacancy, extra expenses and seller smoke and mirrors. 

That could be 1 year past when all the units are rented as the conventional lenders will want to see the income and expenses without the vacancies and repairs.Work with the seller to get loan terms that mirror what is going on with the property.

I know there are Vets that have used their VA loan and have refi'd on here but I haven't found any that mirror my exact situation.So:- No longer active duty (won't be PCSing)-Live in CA ( Won't have "money left over" to purchase multiple properties)- Not mil- to- milI simply want to purchase a MF with my VA; occupy for a year while renting the rest; refi to free up my VA loan; repeat.Feel free to shoot holes in this and/or offer up alternatives.Thanx

Not having enough showers, sinks, or mirrors is a huge inconvenience to the tenants.

I am, however, bothered by the notion that the amateur hour in the marketplace is mirrored by the same on BP blog.
