The size of the house is 3500 sqft, single story, and only a 4/3, and rather small at that BR/BA count for the neighborhood. 

North of the River tends to house single family home bedroom communities.

I can't do section 8 housing, as they require a bathroom (a full unit) in each room.

Stay away, I made the mistake of buying one house through them in Palm Bay which has had continual problems.
