The only times I've been involved with late night calls were things the tenant couldn't solve themselves:1) No deadbolt, only a twist lock on the door.

For tenants that are in place and who are paying and not causing problems or damage, I suggest you make a gentle transition, so you don't lose them.

I just don't like it when people abuse the system like this, this is something I am finding out that there are a lot of laws and regulations here but if you know how to twist it to suit you, it can hurt others not benefitting from it.
